We collaborate with individual leaders and organizations on a variety of high community-impact initiatives leading to one shared vision  - "A-School Communities".  As "cultural catalysts" we form a task force of experts and cut right to the the problem, offering the best solution with only the community's success in mind. We lend our collective expertise by embedding ourselves in schools, neighborhoods, and/or in organizations supporting "capability growth" throughout the collaborative engagement.

Our success is not simply measured by monetary size, but by both qualitative and quantitative measurements such as the effectiveness of our collective efforts in achieving "A-School Communities", i.e., (1)  clean, safe neighborhoods; (2)  grassroots leadership; (3)  sustainable business districts; and (4) great schools.
