Retail and Service Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first PAID, first RESERVED basis. Vendor space is only reserved when a completed application and full payment of $125 (Non-Refundable) is received. The vendor deadline date is Friday, September 27, 2019 at 9 pm. Please be advised that after said deadline, the Retail/Service vendor fee will increase to $200.

Food Trucks/Trailers  are limited and available on a first PAID, first RESERVED basis. Vendor space is only reserved when a completed application and full payment of $200 (Non-Refundable) is received. The vendor deadline date is Friday, September 27, 2019 at 9 pm. Please be advised that after said deadline, the JOTL 2019 Food vendor fee will increase to $275.

Nonprofit Organization – No Sales spaces are limited and available to the first 10 nonprofit organizations that apply and are accepted. Nonprofits must agree to conducting no sales during the course of the event. Nonprofit vendor slots are for awareness and information purposes only. Donations may be accepted.

Once your application has been approved, you will be directed to make payment on the Jazz on the Lawn @ Edison  EventBrite website, OR you can write checks to Project LINK, Inc. and mail to:
