COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:  EDUCATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, HEALTH, MULTICULTURALISM

WWcB’s SEEDFOLKids After School Garden Experience is a free community-based after-school leadership program where both literal and figurative sustainable "school gardens" are created by the students themselves. Through an assortment of interrelated STEM-centered garden activities, we work through our community partnerships to help young students, their parents, and school staff “make the shift” towards sustainable living principles. In so doing,  participants gain a new more community-focused, entrepreneurial perspective as leaders, as "force multipliers," prepared to transform not only their schools and neighborhoods, but their own lives as well.
